Most type of PU leather can’t be safely laser cut or engraved. Not so with our laserable leatherette notebooks. These notebooks can be engraved with your CO2 laser — some engrave to black, some to metallic.
Description
Many types of PU leather are not safe for laser cutting or engraving. These laserable leatherette notebooks ARE safe to laser engrave.

- They measure approximately 21X15X2 cm
- 100 sheets.
These are NOT already engraved with a design — they are waiting for you to engrave them.
Unless otherwise stated/shown, they engrave to black. The ones that engrave to metallic cost a bit more AND are a bit fussier. We love, for instance, the navy blue ones that engrave to silver — but it might take some experimentation on your machine to find what works.
We can’t give you guidance on every machine but, for what it’s worth, we use a 100-watt laser and have found that for the metallic leather we use a high speed of 700 and a power of 7.3 for engraving. Higher power and it goes through the silver and engraves to black.

Note that we will honor our return policy on these for UNUSED notebooks but they are non-returnable if you’ve taken them out of the poly bag and engraved them.
