While we hope that you’re happy with your purchase, sometimes returns are necessary.
Returns on Physical Items
For physical/tangible items you may return the product within 30 days of receiving the item, as long as the item is in the same, unused condition in which you received it. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item that you’d like to do a return.
If the item is damaged in transit, please let us know right away. You can attach an image, as well, on the return form.
Shipping Costs for Returns
We’re a VERY small business so it’s difficult to absorb the cost of shipping for returned items.
For most returns, we’ll refund the cost of the item minus shipping costs. If we somehow made an error and shipped the wrong item, of course, we’ll pay for return shipping. If the item was damaged in transit on its way to you, we’ll refund shipping charges, but for some items, we may ask for additional information so we can submit a damage claim.
For easy returns, when we approve your return request, you’ll get a link for self-serve label creation. For returns, our default shipping method is UPS. For most returns, we’ll then subtract the cost of the shipping from your total refund. If we’re paying for return shipping (as with damages or mistakes) we’ll absorb the cost and refund you the full amount of your purchase plus shipping.
Of course, you do not need to use our return labels. You may ship the item back to us using any method you wish, though we recommend trackable methods.
We issue refunds when we receive the product back. Generally, this is within two business days and is usually faster — but we may have occasional delays if our shop is on vacation. We do take vacations from time to time but generally will be available and can process refunds on the fly.
Returns on Downloadable/Virtual Items
Due to their nature, we do not accept returns/refunds on downloadable items such as embroidery files, photos, or SVG graphics.
