While we hope that you’re happy with your purchase, sometimes returns are necessary.
To request a return and refund, please use the form below. But first, please read our return policy below the form.
Returns on Physical Items
For physical/tangible items that we ship, you may return the product within 30 days of your order, as long as the item is in the same, unused condition in which you received it and is sent back with any original packaging (i.e. gift box, pin card and envelope, etc). Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item that you’d like to do a return.
This excludes photo products such as metal and wood prints that ship from our lab. Those are not returnable unless there is a serious issue with your order.
Damages
If the item is damaged in transit, please let us know right away. You can attach an image, as well, on the return form.
Shipping Costs for Returns
We’re a VERY small business so it’s difficult to absorb the cost of shipping for returned items.
For most returns, we’ll refund the cost of the item minus shipping costs. If we somehow made an error and shipped the wrong item, of course, we’ll pay for return shipping. If the item was damaged in transit on its way to you, we’ll refund shipping charges, but for some items, we may ask for additional information so we can submit a damage claim.
When you ship the item back to us, please do so using trackable methods. Unless we’ve arranged otherwise, we will not issue a full or partial refund until we receive the item back from you.
Refunds
We issue refunds when we receive the product back. Generally, this is within two business days and is usually faster — but we may have occasional delays if our shop is on vacation. We do take vacations from time to time but generally will be available and can process refunds on the fly.
Returns on Downloadable/Virtual Items
Due to their nature, we do not accept returns/refunds on downloadable items such as embroidery files, photos, or SVG graphics.
